    Black Birch Golf League: $160 YesNo
    The Black Birch Golf League runs from April through later October/Early November golfing every weekend, typically alternating Saturday’s and Sunday’s. The fee includes the following: USGA Handicap; Pro shop credit for any prize money won in league tournaments; Cookouts after major tournaments (typically 3-4 per year); and Year end Banquet. As well league members receive preferred morning tee times during league play as well as special rates for greens fees and carts during league play.

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. A separate application is required for each individual applying for Annual Fee Player status.
    2. Payment in full must accompany each application.
